Job summary

BW Water GmbH in Arizona seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the installation of ultra-pure water, wastewater treatment, and Brine Recovery systems at a new semiconductor fab. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with at least 4 years leading installation of water treatment or industrial process systems.
• Experience managing installation projects ≥$10M in value; semiconductor fab construction preferred.
• Familiarity with Arizona regulations, ADEQ water standards, and environmental permitting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a detailed piping and equipment installation plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for water treatment systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to source and manage subcontractors for timely, safe installation with proper permits.
• Manage on-site installation activities, inspection, testing, and documentation; ensure adherence to drawings and safety protocols.
• Track milestones, manage budget and change orders, resolve technical issues and design conflicts, report progress to Senior PM.
• Lead safety initiatives and coordinate with commissioning to ensure smooth transition to testing and sign-off.
