The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience, particularly in water and wastewater treatment, with a proven track record of project delivery. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $185,000 per year, along with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years experience in Water or Waste Water Treatment and/or Pump Station construction.
• 10+ years of direct Construction Management experience within the water treatment construction sector.
• Experience delivering a project valued over US$200m as a Senior Superintendent or Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water treatment construction projects valued over US$200m.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and project leadership for on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage field operations from a Tampa-based base, covering regional responsibilities.
