Job summary

ChemTreat in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Sr Account Manager to manage existing accounts and grow new business within the water treatment field. You will retain a robust customer base by delivering value, ROI, and the ChemTreat certification while expanding share through targeted strategies.

Travel to customer sites is required as needed; you will engage technical teams to develop retention plans and meet revenue targets while maintaining high service standards across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of water treatment experience and proven sales revenue generation.
• Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of sales strategies to drive ChemTreat’s position and increase share within the assigned geography.
• Develop key relationships with customers and identify key decision makers within existing accounts; prospect and generate new business.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars within the territory.
• Engage technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and present proposals.
• Audit key unit operations and troubleshoot site-specific issues; drive to grow new business targets.
