Job summary

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented engineer to join its Water Group in Illinois.

The role involves planning, design, and construction projects for water supply, water treatment, wastewater conveyance and I/I studies, with emphasis on collaboration and clear communication. You will report to Project Managers, participate on project teams, prepare reports, design facilities, and provide construction phase services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of design and construction experience on water and wastewater systems.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Participate on project teams.
• Report to a group’s Project Manager and high-level management.
• Prepare water and wastewater system reports.
• Design water supply, water treatment, pump stations and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Provide construction phase engineering services for water and wastewater projects.
