Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day management of projects during construction.
• Reviews constructability of project documents; advises on procurement.
• Monitors budgets, change orders, and invoicing; ensures contract compliance.
• Communicates project status and resources to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinates activities with director and project partners.
