HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join their team in Houston, Texas. This role requires leadership experience and expertise in areas like water supply, environmental restoration, and compliance projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a closely related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in complex environmental planning. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $195,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Self-starter attitude and commitment to active participation in our employee-owned culture.
• Technical and/or field experience dealing with environmental impact issues and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation and agency coordination experience.
• Support project delivery with additional duties as needed.
