Job summary

Horrocks Engineers is seeking a Water Resources Lead to guide multi-discipline teams in the design, analysis, and construction of water systems. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budgets for complex projects and interface with clients and agencies to ensure satisfying outcomes.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of water facilities experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Local work with potential off-site collaboration across offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 8+ years in water facilities engineering, design or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of engineers, designers and field personnel.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, schedules and cost estimates.
• Interface with state and local agencies and sub-consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and client requirements.
