Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager – Water Resources for a direct hire opportunity in Marlton, NJ. This role blends advanced engineering leadership with project management and business development responsibilities.

You will oversee water and wastewater projects from planning through construction, mentor junior engineers, review design work, ensure regulatory compliance, and help expand the firm’s Water Resources capabilities in the Marlton market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Experience with planning, design, and/or construction of water or wastewater facilities.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, system evaluations, and technical studies.
• Manage engineering design from planning to construction documents.
• Review drawings, specs, costs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permitting requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project solutions.
• Manage client relationships and project communication.
• Support business development and expansion of Water Resources in Marlton.
