Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• 10+ years of design and construction administration experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Deliver fiscally responsive, operationally efficient solutions in collaboration with officials and service providers.
• Maintain schedules and budgets, lead teams, and communicate with clients and the public.
• Prepare scope-of-work and level-of-effort estimates for proposals; ensure quality and client satisfaction.
