Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred or equivalent.
• Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 15+ years in design and construction administration of water/wastewater utilities in consulting.
• Strong technical background in water resource engineering and lifecycle phases: planning, design, bidding, construction.
• Excellent marketing and business development skills with industry contacts.
• Experience with proposal development and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and administer construction of utility infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site visits and client/public meetings as needed.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure scope, budget and schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain a healthy client network and pursue growth opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work and level-of-effort estimates for proposals.
