Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• 15+ years of experience with design and construction administration of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong technical background in water resource engineering and proficiency in planning, design, bidding, and construction administration phases.
• Excellent marketing and business development skills with industry contacts.
• Experience with proposal development.
• Proficient at project management including scope of work, LOE estimates, and leading teams.
• Exceptional client service management and ability to grow a client network.
• Proven leadership to mentor and oversee a motivated team.
• Microsoft Office; Newforma preferred.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to exceed firm’s and clients’ expectations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and administer construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Site visits and client/public meetings will be incorporated.
• Lead and manage project teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to marketing efforts.
