IMEG is seeking a lead civil engineer to design and analyze infrastructure and site projects. You will guide projects from concept through construction, coordinating budgets, schedules, and QC while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

You'll mentor staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and safety, and resolve construction issues to deliver high-quality outcomes. A PE license and extensive building-design experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license.
• At least seven years of experience in the building design consulting industry; eight years preferred.

Description du poste

Lead civil engineering design and analysis for infrastructure and site projects, or coordinate project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality control, and client communication through design and construction. Mentor staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support construction issue resolution, and ensure work meets applicable codes, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of experience in the building design consulting industry; eight years is preferred. Candidates must qualify through either the technical or project management path and demonstrate strong civil engineering expertise, leadership, communication, collaboration, and quality control skills.
