Qualifications

Bachelor degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, engineering, material science, or related field required.
Must pass Kentucky QA/QC protocols/tests within six months of hire date.
Must obtain Indiana WT3 State Water Treatment Operator License within six months of eligibility.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage the water treatment plant, pumping, and storage facilities.
Respond to water production emergencies and develop procedures to reduce future occurrences.
Manage, order, and receive chemical deliveries to meet production demands.
Conduct routine surveillance of plant and booster pump station equipment and coordinate maintenance activities.
