Qualifications

• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience with industrial water quality permitting and compliance.
• Strong experience with wastewater permitting, compliance, and modeling.
• Thorough understanding of CWA, SDWA, and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial water quality permitting and compliance projects from proposal through completion.
• Prepare, review, and manage permit applications, compliance reports, and regulatory memos.
• Develop and interpret wastewater and water quality models to support permitting strategies.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, invoicing, QA/QC, and client communications.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies such as TCEQ and EPA.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants through technical guidance and oversight.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
