Garver is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Water Services team in Abilene, TX. The role focuses on planning, modeling and design for water projects supporting clients across Texas.
The PM will oversee a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring quality deliverables while meeting budgets and schedules. Opportunities for growth, mentorship and industry leadership are emphasized.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to gain within 6 months of hire
- 6+ years of related water/wastewater design experience
- Familiarity with ODEQ regulations
- Strong communications skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
Mansioni
- Lead water/wastewater design projects and planning for Texas clients
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary design engineers and CAD technicians
- Ensure quality deliverables in a timely manner and manage budgets
- Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians
- Engage with clients and present project updates
