Job summary

Garver is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Water Services team in Abilene, TX. The role focuses on planning, modeling and design for water projects supporting clients across Texas.

The PM will oversee a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring quality deliverables while meeting budgets and schedules. Opportunities for growth, mentorship and industry leadership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to gain within 6 months of hire
• 6+ years of related water/wastewater design experience
• Familiarity with ODEQ regulations
• Strong communications skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead water/wastewater design projects and planning for Texas clients
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design engineers and CAD technicians
• Ensure quality deliverables in a timely manner and manage budgets
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians
• Engage with clients and present project updates
