Job summary

Garver seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Water Services team in Ft. Worth, Dallas or Frisco. You will lead water and wastewater design projects, coordinate with engineers and CAD technicians, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes client communication, team leadership, budgeting and schedule management. A PE license and ABET degree are required, with 15+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15+ years of water/wastewater design experience.
• Familiarity with ODEQ regulations.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phase deliverables including reports, memoranda, manuals, plans, sections and specs.
• Coordinate with multi‑discipline design engineers and CAD technicians.
• Guide junior engineers and ensure budget and project requirements are met.
• Engage with clients to ensure quality deliverables and timely communication.
