Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Experience in pipeline design and forensics analysis.
• Experience with pressure pipe design and pipe stress analysis.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pipeline design experts to develop and review plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Conduct field inspections and condition assessments to ensure design compliance.
• Work on projects from planning through design and construction for new and rehabilitated pipelines.
• Provide technical writing and input to investigations and reports.
• Stay current on industry trends and participate in relevant organizations.
