Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to support field and construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of complex water and wastewater projects.
• Serve as Project Manager or Owner’s Representative on major projects.
• Develop and control project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Manage consultants and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide senior-level engineering judgment on projects impacting water quality.
