Job summary

Gerber Construction in Utah is seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to own and deliver major water and wastewater plant projects along Utah's Wasatch Front, with primary sites in American Fork and Jordan Valley. You will lead design coordination, budgets, schedules, contracts, and field coordination, mentoring PMs and superintendents to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant water/wastewater construction experience.
• Senior-level PM experience delivering large municipal/industrial projects.
• Experience managing $50M–$70M+ projects; $100M+ is valuable.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater construction, scheduling, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of large, complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents and teams.
• Build productive relationships with owners, subcontractors and design teams.
