Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our ACS team in North Carolina to support a large water/wastewater expansion project. This position is based out of Clayton, NC, with location flexibility and responsibilities including coordinating construction activities with client/site personnel.

You will oversee inspections, manage subcontractors, monitor safety and schedules, and support design teams with constructability reviews while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of applicable environmental construction management experience.
• Seasoned customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Construction management, including coordination of construction activities and deliveries with client/site personnel.
• On-site supervision/management of Arcadis subcontractors and management of deliveries.
• Inspect major equipment deliveries for conformance with specifications and drawings.
• Maintain clear communication among subcontractors, vendors, and client.
• Monitor health and safety, including daily briefings and weekly progress meetings.
• Maintain documentation via weekly progress reports, field notes, photos/videos, and cost forecasts.
