Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Senior Biosolids Engineer to join its Water Sector in Denver, CO. The role focuses on biosolids treatment, handling, and dewatering with leadership across project delivery.

You will provide technical expertise to support project delivery and help shape TYLin’s biosolids capabilities. -qualified candidates bring 10-15+ years in wastewater biosolids projects, PE licensure, and a client-focused, innovative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. licensure with ability to reciprocity in multiple states is preferred.
• 10-15+ years of experience in wastewater infrastructure with emphasis on biosolids treatment and handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of biosolids treatment, dewatering, and handling projects including drawings, reports, and regulatory applications.
• Coordinate design with municipal/utility agencies and secure approvals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare contract documents and perform QA/QC on projects; participate in permitting processes.
• Manage and mentor team members and present at associations/conferences.
• Develop technical standards and best practices for biosolids in the Water Sector.
