Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental engineering is required, with a Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience and PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong local client relationships and leadership experience are important.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ethical standards; excellent communication skills across verbal and written domains.
• Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and presentations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage municipal, commercial, and industrial water resources planning and design projects.
• Pursue new work opportunities through client relationships and market awareness.
• Supervise and lead project teams in reports, studies, and designs per industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee field evaluation and assessment of facilities, including treatment facilities, and transmission systems.
• Handle multiple assignments, interact with clients to advance project planning and design, and participate in training and conferences.
• Collaborate with design and study teams to respond to client needs.
• Mentor project managers and junior staff; participate in professional organizations and technical committees.
