The role requires PE registration, 10+ years of experience, and strong client communication. Expect travel and leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of wastewater and reuse design experience in environmental consulting engineering with emphasis in hydraulics and treatment plant design.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience managing medium- to large-sized projects with budget, schedule, and quality responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Knowledge of wastewater and reuse systems, including drinking water regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative process design efforts, provide technical expertise on wastewater projects, and mentor junior staff.
• Plans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on wastewater and reuse projects from preliminary to construction.
• Supervise a team of several engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Mentor engineers, participate in proposals, and contribute to qualifications and proposals.
• Serve as project manager for mid- to large-sized projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and recruit subconsultants when needed.
• Travel as required.
