Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Plant Operator Supervisor to manage daily operations of an automated wastewater pretreatment plant in support of a government customer in Washington, DC.

The role emphasizes supervising operators, ensuring equipment performance, chemical levels, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. ABC certification and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least four years supervising operators in industrial wastewater pretreatment or chemical process plant.
• Must pass Respiratory Fit Testing (29 CFR 1910.134).
• Must be fluent in English, read and write.
• U.S. citizen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an automated wastewater pretreatment plant.
• Ensure equipment operates properly and chemical levels stay within tolerance.
• Perform calibrations on pH & ORP meters and minor maintenance as needed.
• Operate with required PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
• Complete annual trainings required by the contract.
• Work under the Plant Manager supervision.
