Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of wastewater/related industry experience.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• A degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage assets of assigned facilities and personnel.
• Supervise operation and maintenance staff, including training and evaluations.
• Utilize CMMS for asset tracking and maintenance planning.
• Interact with regulatory agencies and clients.
• Maintain process and equipment performance as per permits.
• Prepare data reports and coordinate regulatory programs.
• Work nights and weekends as needed and travel as required.
