Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a technical leader to oversee planning, evaluation, and design review of complex wastewater treatment and collection system projects. You will collaborate with municipal and private clients to understand objectives and deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective engineering solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, mentor junior engineers, manage schedules and deliverables, and communicate proactively with clients through all phases of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering designs and technical reports.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
