The ideal candidate will lead regional/state policy efforts, present to committees and officials, supervise staff, and drive long-term projects with collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the four-year review cycle for certificated haulers and GRAC management.
• Participate in regional and state policy meetings, and develop positions.
• Coordinate renewal and compliance oversight for Franchise Agreements.
• Contribute to division leadership and staff development.
