Castelion Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on Warhead Integration & Test. You will lead warhead assembly, integration, and verification, while scaling production and maintaining quality records per AS9100.

We seek a hands-on engineer with 7+ years in defense/aerospace manufacturing, including 4+ years in warhead or energetic-system testing, and a track record of moving hardware from prototype to full-rate production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering for complex aerospace or defense hardware.
• 4+ years supporting warhead, munitions, or energetic-systems integration and test.
• Proven success transitioning warhead hardware from prototype through LRIP to full-rate production.

Responsabilités

• Lead warhead assembly, integration, and functional test processes.
• Develop and execute integration & test plans for verification at component to full-warhead levels.
• Design and qualify production tooling, fixtures, automated work cells, and test stands.
• Execute DFM, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC to drive first-pass yield >98%.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, fault-tree, and FRACAS.
• Author and maintain manufacturing work instructions, travelers, and quality records per AS9100.
