Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. seeks a Warfighter Support SME to join our team in Arlington, VA. The role involves developing, coordinating, and advising on policies related to air, space, and cyberspace power to support senior USAF leadership and stressed staff at various levels.

The SME will participate in operational planning, deliver high-level briefings, and translate complex concepts into actionable insights. A TS/SCI clearance and extensive policy experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent; MA/PhD desired but not required.
• Experience with policy and warfighting operational implications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and advise on policy implementation for air, space, and cyberspace power.
• Deliver high-level briefings and reports to senior USAF and DoW leaders.
• Translate complex airpower concepts into clear, actionable insights for General Officers and SES stakeholders.
• Provide assessments to ensure inputs are strategically sound, feasible, and resource-informed.
