Job summary

You will operate forklifts, move goods, record lot numbers and quantities, and maintain compliance with FDA and cGMP guidelines. The role requires precise documentation and safe operation of warehouse machinery.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Experience with forklift operation according to safety standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Familiarity with OSHA forklift regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver forklifts safely in busy industrial environments.
• Safely stack and unstack large quantities of goods into racks or pallets.
• Move goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport.
• Unload deliveries and relocate goods to designated storage areas.
• Ensure forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions.
• Regularly check forklift equipment for faults or damages.
• Record lot numbers, dates and quantities on warehouse documents.
• Receive, ship, and transfer material/product within Pharmgate’s inventory software.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, FDA, cGMPs and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
