Job summary

Mt Olive Pickles in Kentucky is seeking a Forklift Operator and Crew Chief to supervise general warehouse operations under the Warehouse Supervisor. You will oversee daily tasks, manage stock movement, and support efficient distribution.

The role requires operating a forklift, assisting in inventory counts, and ensuring accurate transfers of stock. You may assist customers with pickle sales while maintaining safety and organization in the DC.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math and reading ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of warehousing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–12 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises general warehouse operations under the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Directs Warehouse team in daily operations and job tasks.
• Operates forklift to unload/load trucks and assist truck unloaders.
• Verifies picking stock to fill orders and records stock transfers.
• Assists in inventory counts and ensuring correct storage locations.
• Opens warehouses daily and secures on weekends as needed.
• Assists customers with pickle sales at the Distribution Center.
• Rotates stock and helps with other duties as assigned.
