Job summary

PPG in Levittown, PA is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily inventory control for PPG products. You will work with 3PL supervisors and staff to ensure accuracy of inventory, locations, batch records, and transactions in SAP and our 3PL WMS.

This on-site, Monday–Friday position runs 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will drive cycle counts, reconcile ERP and WMS data, ensure FEFO rotation, and coach 3PL personnel to follow PPG procedures on the floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution with inventory control and supervisory experience.
• Hands-on with cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and batch traceability.
• ERP/WMS transactions experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counts: Plan counts and recounts, document discrepancies, and submit adjustment requests.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile SAP and WMS system records and elevate unresolved differences.
• Location accuracy: Audit locations, labels, and batch segregation; correct misplaced stock.
• Receiving and shipping: Monitor receipts, picks, and shipments for accuracy and timely postings.
• Batch and shelf life: Enforce traceability and FEFO rotation; flag blocked stock.
• Reporting and corrective actions: Report daily exceptions and weekly KPIs; track actions to closure.
• 3PL coordination: Lead daily huddles and coach 3PL personnel on PPG procedures on the floor.
• Cross-functional partnership: Work with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS on exceptions.
• Safety and improvement: Promote safe handling and housekeeping and support 5S improvements.

Job description

As the Senior Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily inventory control for PPG products, working alongside 3PL supervisors and staff to keep inventory, locations, batch records, and transactions accurate in SAP and the 3PL warehouse management system (WMS).

Your findings will inform PPG decisions on inventory adjustments and process changes.

This role will be fully on-site, Monday-Friday; approximate hours would be 7am to 4:30pm.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including inventory control and lead or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and batch traceability.
• Working knowledge of ERP and WMS transactions is desired
• Excel experience; strong communication and attention to detail
• Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; SAP, or experience working with third party logistics, Coatings or chemical, and Lean/5S experience
