ILS Inc. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, documentation, and forklift handling. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dispatching daily work, managing Bills of Lading, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory records with ERP systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts is required.
• Experience preparing Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse responsibilities and dispatch daily work.
• Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading and other shipping/docs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Schedule freight appointments with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding shipment status and inquiries.
• Reconcile shipping documents to verify quantities and inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse or ERP systems.
• Follow all safety policies and forklift operating procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other duties as assigned.
