Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience with 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in warehouse and 2–3+ years leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings with safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily tasks to workers to meet safety, service, productivity requirements.
• Provide training and direction to ensure understanding of SOPs.
