Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to manage all shipping and receiving for a branch. You will ensure correct items reach customers promptly and inventory is well maintained. The role involves picking, packing, returns processing, and potential forklift operation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience, plus basic math and computer skills. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 lbs and moving heavy items.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to perform basic math and reading comprehension.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales order.
• Pull orders accordingly to the sales order and recheck them to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare items for delivery to customer.
• Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or supplier.
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins per product organization.
