Responsibilities

• Determines which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales orders.
• Pulls orders and rechecks for accuracy before shipping.
• Prepares items for delivery to customers.
• Secures packages to prevent damage during shipping.
• Prepares customer returns for shipment to the Distribution/Fulfillment center or supplier.
• Organizes materials on racks or bins according to MINO code.
• Reports damaged inventory to the warehouse supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• May deliver items to customers and obtain signatures.
• May process counter sales or invoices.
• May operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Receives items in the computer system to show availability.
