Job summary

Specialty Building Products is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Bellwood, PA operation. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and staging of building materials, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

You will manage a team, coordinate shuttle runs between Bellwood and Claysburg, and maintain certification and equipment readiness. Prior leadership and forklift experience are required, with a strong emphasis on process and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ related experience in distribution or building materials environment.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• High School diploma.
• Basic math and analytical skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Flexible with scheduling; complete required training.
• Experience with Agility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates and material handlers to fulfill customer orders.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, labeling, and safety compliance.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, documentation, data entry and labeling of inventory.
• Manage customer returns, inspections, restocking, and system adjustments.
• Supervise shuttle processes between Bellwood and Claysburg locations; support loading and shipping.
• Oversee forklift inspections and maintenance coordination with service provider.
• Distribute pick files to ensure timely, quality order fulfillment and proper packing.
