Job summary

Specialty Building Products seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Bellwood warehouse, overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing and staging of materials. You will coordinate shuttles between Bellwood and Claysburg, ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time orders, and drive continuous workflow improvements.

The role requires 4+ years in distribution/building materials with 2+ years in leadership, forklift certification, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ related experience in distribution or building materials.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic math and analytical skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Experience with Agility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates and material handlers to fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, data entry, and labeling.
• Manage forklift maintenance and service coordination.
• Monitor order fulfillment, ensure timely processing and proper staging.
• Print and fulfill customer pickup orders.
• Coordinate shuttle/movement between Bellwood and Claysburg locations.
• Perform cycle counts and other duties as assigned.
