Emser Tile LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) for our Distribution Center. The role involves picking lines, staging shipments, and ensuring accuracy with RF scanning, label verification, and pallet license plates. Strong reading of labels and math skills are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a picking position.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Picks product and builds a pallet to standard.
• Stages product on shipping dock according to shipping schedule.
• Utilizes RF Scanner to ensure accuracy of product.
• Matches shade numbers through label verification.
• Creates and uses license plates on pallets; records breakage daily.
• Reads item labels and identifies product type.
• Navigates the warehouse effectively.
• Keeps Emser Tile culture and values in daily actions.
• Maintains attention in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment.
