Emser Tile LLC, a nationwide leader in distributing high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone, seeks an experienced Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) for our local Distribution Center. You will pick line orders and stage them for shipping, using an RF scanner and building pallets to standard.

Requirements include 1–3 years in a picking role, ability to lift up to 100+ pounds, and strong math and communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Picks product and builds a pallet to standard.
• Stages product on shipping dock according to shipping schedule.
• Utilizes RF Scanner to ensure accuracy of product.
• Demonstrates how to accurately match shade numbers through label verification.
• Thrive in a busy environment, highly organized and goal-oriented.
