Job summary

Uline is seeking a Director of Distribution & Operations to lead from the warehouse floor and develop high-performing teams at the Braselton facility, spanning over 1.5 million square feet. In this hands-on role you will coach executives of 400+ staff, drive operational excellence, oversee inbound/outbound, safety, and on-time, same-day shipping, with a competitive pay range of $260,000–$350,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience directing 400+ team members and warehouse managers.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience with KPIs, performance metrics and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.
