Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse managers and teams of 400+ staff.
• Experience with KPIs and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse floor operations, working with 500+ employees to ensure accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct inbound, outbound and supporting departments on a daily basis.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers overseeing large teams.
• Drive operational excellence and on-time shipping through data-driven improvements.
• Investigate operational challenges and remove barriers to strengthen performance.
