Job summary

Cummins Inc. seeks an Advanced Warehouse Operator II for our Rocky Mount, NC facility. The role focuses on efficient receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage of goods, along with accurate dispatch and safety compliance.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, perform quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support on-time deliveries and safe, productive operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or approved alternative.
• Minimum 2+ years of PIV experience (Forklift, Tugger, Burden carrier, etc.) referenced in job content.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store goods accurately to optimize warehouse space.
• Dispatch outgoing goods by picking and packing according to requests.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Support inventory counts and cycle-count activities.
