Job summary

PJ Trailers in Sumner, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations for WHS 307, ensuring accurate and on-time customer shipments, and maintaining inventory integrity in support of plant requirements and safety standards.

You will direct workload, coordinate shipments across Parcel, LTL, and NL modes, monitor daily metrics, and serve as the main contact for site management on operational events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, shipment processing, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to identify shortages and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Comfort with using metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, task prioritization, and operational support for warehouse activities to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate processing of customer shipments through Parcel, LTL, and NL modes.
• Identify shortages to support sales demand and coordinate follow-up actions to reduce delays.
• Maintain inventory integrity for all materials, including transactions, bin locations, labeling, and controls.
• Process ad hoc shipment requests for materials moving to other plants or refurbishment shops.
• Maintain and distribute the daily metrics package and related productivity measures.
• Serve as the WHS 307 point of contact for plant-related activities and safety meetings.
• Implement new processes and procedures to improve warehouse performance and service levels.
