Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems for status updates, tracking and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt and related documentation for accurate processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
