Job summary

Martin Marietta in Ohio is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support daily warehousing activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory, cycle counts and housekeeping. You will report to the Inventory Manager and collaborate with department leaders to coordinate planned and unplanned work.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in an industrial warehousing setting, with related degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance or procurement, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS tools for

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years in an industrial/manufacturing warehousing environment.
Related college degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance or procurement.
Mechanical aptitude and process equipment maintenance experience preferred.
Microsoft/ERP proficient.
Advanced computer skills for reporting, information transfer and analysis preferred.]

Responsibilities

Shipping, receiving, material issues, inventory support, cycle counting, safety inspections, accounting functions, and daily housekeeping duties.
Report to the Inventory Manager.
Participate in RCA/Corrective action items.
Follow standard procedures and offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
Support maintenance work order system for continued growth and development.
Coordinate planned and unplanned work with department leaders.
