The role requires strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills; it is a first-shift, full-time position with potential overtime, offering medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and a Daily Pay option.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ associates) in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work 1st shift, 5 days a week, with flexibility for overtime as needed (7 day a week operation, schedules may vary)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
• Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations in the warehouse environment.
