Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, material movement, and inventory accuracy. The role requires leading teams, establishing procedures, and making decisions within established parameters to optimize flow and service levels.

The position emphasizes coordinating between the main and offsite warehouses, implementing ISO-aligned practices, and managing budgets and forecasts. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field and/or
• Minimum ten years of experience with warehouse, inventory control, production, shipping/receiving or logistics for a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving employees and their functions to achieve accurate and timely movements of materials.
• Manage the material handling employees to ensure accurate movement from warehouse to assembly lines.
• Manage inventory accuracy employees to support cycle counts and overall inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the powered industrial vehicle program and safety adherence.
• Create departmental budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for all responsible departments.
• Collaborate with all departments to facilitate inventory planning and streamline material movement.
• Other duties may be assigned.
