Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to support receiving, put‑away, picking, and distribution in our Kansas facility. You will operate forklifts, read work orders, document counts, and ensure accurate pallet movement while following safety standards.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, basic math, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

2 years warehouse generalist experience.
Identify products via reading, interpreting, scanning or manual input of pallet IDs.
Basic math skills.
Understand instructions in the official language defined by Lineage Logistics.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs and work in temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
Record materials and counts via RF system as needed.
Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Read and follow work orders to locate items.
Document damages and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping using RF scanning when required.
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheets.
Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment as directed.
Alert leaders to any product issues and await directions.
Help clean and organize the warehouse during/after shifts.
