Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in warehouse equipment operating roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for warehouse employees operating powered industrial equipment.
• Evaluate, certify, and recertify operators through written and practical assessments.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and refresher training for safe operation.
• Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and certification programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety standards.
• Monitor operator performance and identify skill gaps with leadership input.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, HR, and Quality on onboarding and development.
